Terms of Service

These terms cover MOTIONGATE Dubai Tickets at motiongate-tickets.com (the “Platform”), operated by BETHEGUESTS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17326236). We are an independent ticket seller. This is not the official MOTIONGATE website.

By browsing the Platform or making a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This site sells Dubai Parks 1-park and 2-park passes. Your park visit (the “Experience”) and tickets are provided by third-party operators and suppliers (“Operators”).

We act as an intermediary that facilitates your booking with the relevant Operator. Unless we state otherwise, the contract for the Experience itself is between you and the Operator, who is responsible for delivering it and for its safety, quality and accuracy of description.

When you complete a booking and payment, we (or the Operator) will issue a confirmation and, where applicable, a voucher or mobile ticket by email. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing the Experience details — including date, time, meeting point, what’s included, age and accessibility requirements and any restrictions — before booking.

These conditions apply to the park passes sold on this site.

• The 1-park pass covers one park in one day. The 2-park pass covers two parks on the same day.
• Choose from MOTIONGATE Dubai, LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park and Real Madrid World. LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park count as two separate parks.
• Adult tickets cover ages 12 and up. Child tickets cover ages 3 to 11. Children under 3 enter MOTIONGATE free with ID.
• Included rides and attractions are covered. Food, drinks, transport, lockers, photos and paid games are not included. This site sells no add-ons.
• Check your visit date, guest details and the cancellation terms before paying. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• Individual ride restrictions and operational closures apply. Check the ticket details and park requirements before booking.
• No customer account is required. Confirmation and digital ticket documents are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Supplier prices are checked for your pass, date and guests. Adult and child prices may differ. Review the final total before paying. There is no booking fee. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion fees.

Where a campaign is active, its terms and end date are shown with the offer. Saving a claim does not reserve tickets, create an added discount or lock a price. Offer-reminder emails and analytics are separate, optional choices.

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

Each Experience has its own cancellation terms, shown on the product page and at checkout. Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Provide accurate booking and contact details.
• Meet any eligibility, age, health or documentation requirements for the Experience.
• Arrive at the correct meeting point on time with your voucher or ticket and any required ID.
• Follow the Operator’s reasonable instructions and behave safely and lawfully during the Experience.

Vouchers and tickets are valid only for the date, time and Experience booked unless stated otherwise. Lost, copied or fraudulently obtained vouchers may be refused. Some vouchers are subject to validity periods set by the Operator.

Operators may occasionally change or cancel an Experience (for example due to weather, safety, minimum numbers or circumstances beyond their control). Where this happens we will help arrange an alternative or a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or performance of Operators, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

Park hours, ride access and safety rules may change. Check current operator information before you travel. A photo of an attraction does not guarantee that it will be open on your visit date.

The Platform, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our permission.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
