Where are my tickets?

Your ticket PDFs are sent to the email address used at checkout after successful payment and booking confirmation. No account or login is needed. Check your inbox and spam folder. If your tickets are still missing, contact us before travelling. A payment receipt alone is not your admission ticket.

My payment went through, but I have no confirmation. What should I do?

Check your inbox and spam folder before trying again. If your bank shows a charge but there is no booking confirmation, email us your booking reference (if available), the email used at checkout and the payment date. Avoid paying again until we have checked the booking. Never send your full card number or security code.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Check the cancellation terms shown with your pass before paying. Do not assume a refund or date change is included. If you made a mistake or have a booking problem, contact us with your reference. Changes are not guaranteed; your statutory rights remain in effect.

Which park pass should I choose?

Choose Admission for one day at MOTIONGATE. Choose the 2-Park Pass for two parks on the same day. Pick from MOTIONGATE Dubai, LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park and Real Madrid World. LEGOLAND Dubai and its Water Park each count as a separate park.

What does my admission include?

Your pass includes entry and the included rides at your chosen park or parks. Ride height, age and safety rules apply. Food, drinks, transport, lockers, photos and paid games are not included.

How do offer claims work?

When an offer is active, open it to see the terms and end date. Add your name, email and phone to save the claim. Reminder emails are optional. Analytics are optional too. A claim does not add a discount, hold tickets or lock a price. Choose your pass and date to check the live price before you pay.

Do children need tickets?

Children under 3 enter MOTIONGATE free with ID. Child tickets for these passes cover ages 3 to 11. Adult tickets cover ages 12 and up. Check the ride rules for each child before you visit.

What if my ticket is not accepted at the entrance?

Check that you are showing the issued admission ticket for the correct date and follow its entry instructions. Contact us with your booking reference and the message shown at the entrance so we can investigate. Do not post your ticket barcode or QR code publicly.
