Cancellation & Refund Policy

Check the cancellation terms for your Dubai Parks pass before you pay. The terms shown with your ticket and booking confirmation apply to your booking. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

This page explains how to ask MOTIONGATE Dubai Tickets for a change or refund.

Do not assume your pass includes free cancellation or a date change. These options apply only when stated in your ticket terms. Contact us before paying if anything is unclear.

A pass marked non-refundable cannot be refunded if you change your plans or do not attend, except where required by law or where the park operator cancels your booked visit.

For cancellation or change requests, contact us at admin@betheguests.com with your order reference. The cancellation conditions shown on your ticket and at checkout apply.

A request is not confirmation of a change or refund. Contact us as soon as possible so we can check the supplier terms and any deadline that applies.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, they typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not add a booking fee. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

Where the supplier allows a date change, you can request it subject to availability. Price differences may apply. If a change is not possible, your original ticket terms apply.

If the operator cancels your booked visit, we will help arrange a full refund or an available alternative. We will contact you using your booking details. A single ride closure does not necessarily mean your park visit is cancelled.

Weather or safety issues may close rides or parks. The operator’s terms apply, alongside your statutory rights. Contact us with your booking reference so we can check the options for your visit.

Missing your booked date or arriving after the park closes does not normally qualify for a refund. Bring a valid ticket and check current park hours before you travel.
